Future Life Training
A two year commitment to multi discipline training and development with real world public application. Post high school young adults will be gathered with a cross section of peers from around the country to learn how to become cohesive units.
The Corps will be compulsory. Service will begin after high school graduation. A special track will be developed for none traditional students, beginning after their eighteenth birthdays, that could include a year preparatory placement. Room Board and a minimum wage scale stipend will be provided. For the two years service, graduates will receive two years free college, apprenticeship or equivalent support for future oriented projects.
The Corps can be refused with a simple opt out letter. It will be compulsory to either participate or opt out. At this first point of contact, the individuals voting rights can be defined.
Young adults will be grouped in crews of 24 to 30, initially composed of a purposely varied range of prior experiences. First projects will be task oriented
The goal is to develop a community and be a community. The task is to show what a good team can accomplish. Knowing they are a part of it.
